I created this artwork to promote one of Betsson’s biggest jackpot wins, using the real chat between the winner and customer support. The idea was to capture that raw, unfiltered moment when someone realizes their life has just changed.

I built the concept around authenticity. The crumpled paper balls represent all the conversations that get tossed aside, while this one sheet is opened up and revealed. It shows the actual dialogue where disbelief slowly becomes excitement. You can feel the winner questioning if it is real, trying to understand that he has just won millions.

This piece turned out to be incredibly successful. It was used not only online but also in printed magazines, and it became one of the most memorable promotional artworks we ever ran. It worked because it didn’t try to sell anything. It simply showed a real human reaction to a life-changing moment.
